By using this website, mobile application, or any of our services, you ("User" / "Customer") agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing a booking.

Home Plumber Cleaning is a digital aggregator platform that connects customers with independent and verified service providers (Technicians/Partners). The company does not directly execute all services itself but acts as a facilitator.

We provide a range of home services including:

• Plumbing & Sanitary Work
• Electrical Installation & Repair
• Painting & Civil Work
• Residential & Commercial Cleaning
• AC Repair & Servicing
• Submersible Motor Services
• Marble/Tile Polishing
• Appliance Installation

The company verifies service providers; however, the final quality of work depends on the service provider.

• All bookings are valid only through authorized platforms (Website / App / WhatsApp).
• A booking will be considered confirmed only after OTP verification or payment.
• The company reserves the right to reject or cancel any booking.

• All charges are displayed transparently on the platform.
• Payment can be made online (UPI, Razorpay, Card) or offline (Cash).
• Applicable taxes (GST etc.) may be charged additionally.
• Advance payments may be non-refundable but can be adjusted against a re-booking.

• Bookings may be cancelled before the service begins.
• If cancelled after the technician has departed, a visit charge will apply.
• Valid refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

• A limited warranty may be provided on certain services.
• The warranty applies only to workmanship (work execution).
• It does not cover external interference, misuse, or material defects.

The customer shall ensure:

• Providing accurate and complete information.
• Safety and accessibility of the service location.
• Cooperation with the technician.
• Refraining from inappropriate behavior.

Services may be terminated in case of any violation.

The company will:

• Provide verified service providers.
• Endeavor to deliver timely service.
• Maintain a grievance redressal system.

However, the company shall not be liable for any unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, etc.

The company shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages.
• Losses caused by customer negligence.
• Equipment or materials provided by third parties or the customer.

The company's total liability shall be limited to the amount of the service fee paid.

We use various third-party platforms such as Razorpay, Google Maps, and WhatsApp. Their own terms and conditions shall apply to their respective services.

All content on the website is the intellectual property of the company. Use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Users' personal information is kept secure and used solely for the purpose of providing services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

• All disputes will first be resolved by mutual agreement between the parties.
• If unresolved, they shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi–NCR.

The company may amend these terms from time to time. Updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
